BRINE SA is the prime initiator and one of the founder members of the association swissPRM, a fraternity of businesses active in project resource management. swissPRM members support their customers in IT projects through the supply of IT specialists, telecomm specialists or management staff.

swissPRM follows the objectives:

• Promotion of first-rate transparency, quality, professionalism and security in IT services
• Enforcement of the highest possible business- and quality-ethics in resource management
• Representation of the branch and member interests towards the general public, authorities and the economy in general
• Guardianship of the interests of IT specialists and IT managers with respect to employment law
• Promotion of first-rate business-relationships, open information exchange, and reliable, faithful and confidential collaboration between swissPRM members

The Swiss Personalverleihgesetz (AVG), to which all IT consulting enterprises in Switzerland are subordinated, serves as the legal cornerstone for swissPRM. This regulates the approach and collaboration between employees, employers and customer supplying the place of work.
